(1)sCO2 Circulation System and Airtightness Maintenance

sCO2 systems operate at extremely high pressures (typically between 7.4 MPa and 25 MPa), and any leak will cause a sharp drop in efficiency. Gas replenishment and seal monitoring: Regularly check the magnetic drive seals. Ideally, sCO2 gas can be used for many years, but pressure changes in the "leak collection system" must be monitored.

High-pressure pipeline flaw detection: Perform ultrasonic or radiographic flaw detection on high-pressure pipelines to prevent.

(2)Core Turbine and Compressor Maintenance (Turbomachinery)

sCO2 mobile power equipment typically employs an integrated high-speed design.

Magnetic levitation bearing inspection: If the equipment uses a magnetic levitation permanent magnet generator, the control system should be calibrated regularly to ensure that rotor misalignment during startup is within the micrometer range, achieving the long-term maintenance advantage of "no maintenance after startup". (3) Bearing and Seal Wear: For non-magnetic levitation systems, dry gas seals need to be replaced regularly to prevent sCO2 from entering the lubrication system or motor chamber.

(3)Heat Exchanger and Energy Transfer Maintenance

sCO2 systems are highly dependent on efficient recuperators and heat exchangers (IHX).

Scale and Clog Removal: For geothermal spring water sources, special treatment is needed for calcium carbonate scale on the heat exchanger side. Regular chemical cleaning or physical descaling is required to prevent thermal power shift. Corrosion Monitoring: Check the interaction between sCO2 and materials, especially the metal creep and fatigue condition at high temperatures (500°C~715°C).

(4)Power and Control Systems (Mobile-Specific)

Mobile power equipment needs to withstand transportation vibrations and diverse ambient temperatures.

Control Valve Calibration: Check the dynamic response speed (PID control) of the compressor recirculation valve (V5) and bypass valve, which directly affects the stability of the mobile equipment under different loads. Low voltage and lightning protection grounding: Mobile containers must have good active grounding facilities and undergo insulation resistance and leakage circuit breaker tests annually to prevent electric shock.
